(1) Decide battery type and size based on the appliances; choose battery type according to the power consumption characteristics of the appliances.
(2) Choose brand batteries salable in the market or products recommended by the industry administrative department.
(3) Check shelf life of the battery; choose batteries made recently.
(4) Check the battery appearance to see if there’s rust or indication of leakage.
(5) Choose the battery which is clearly marked with the manufacturer, battery electrodes, battery type, nominal voltage, and trade-mark on it.
